Peter 3 week photo shoot by my friend Lindsey

A very talented friend offered to do a newborn photo shoot for Peter. Due to Peter's jaundice and other things, we eventually did it when he was three weeks old on July 8th. I thought they turned out really cute and would like to include them in our family blog. So mind you, basically this update will just be a pic show.

Peter at 1 month, soccer, air time

Peter is 1 month tomorrow. I love that boy. Holding him when he's alert and looking around at the world is one of my favorite things.

Finished our first week by ourselves where I'm back at clinics. Good thing my psychiatry schedule is laid back, so I have lots of time to help. I'll have a day this week working 14 hours, though, which will be a test for Sharon.

On the quilt grandma made him, 1 month old tomorrow

Michael can be determined. Some pretty big air time

I've been getting Enoch into soccer. He's never had much interest in balls, so this has been really fun for me. We're going to see if there's a YMCA league he can join in the fall.

Peter is 3 weeks, goodbye grandma

This post is a bit too long for anyone's good, FYI

Grandma Rogers is leaving today. She's been here for 10 days and been an enormous help and lots of fun. We all just hope there is no implosion when she leaves.

Peter is 3 weeks as of yesterday. He is doing well. Still yellow, still adorable. Babies are never easy and he does fuss, but he is certainly not the fussiest baby on the block. Although he might be the only baby on the block... not many babies around us.

Fourth of July evening was spent at home. Pop its, sparklers, and other low key fireworks from New Mexico made the day.The kids loved pop its and glow sticks that grandma got them.

During the day Grandma did a rocket craft with the kids.

After the craft. I love this picture of mom and the boys.
I guess I'm taking the fourth of July in reverse order, so the very first thing we did that day was go for a bike ride at a park.

Somehow I got a morning off from psychiatry, so we decided to go canoeing. There was a turtle which must have been sick because it let us go right next to it. It made the boys happy.
